From: Salvatore Lee <chefsal1@gateway.net> Subject: 5-26-99 DMB Reply-To: chefsal1@gateway.net Date: Tue, 25 May 1999 15:49:38 -0400 Hello everyone, I know this is late, but I just found out I was going. Is there anyone out there that can give me a patch for this show if I bring my deck in. I have most of the neccessary cables. Otherwise, would somebody be willing to take tapes (in a postpaid mailer) at the show from me and spin them back to me at their convenience. Thanks for the bandwidth. Sorry for the lack of dat content. Sal "Good tunes in the kitchen equal good food on the table"

From: "Lee, Tom" <tlee@geographix.com> Subject: Sony D7 life expectancy Date: Tue, 25 May 1999 17:03:39 -0600 How many hours should one expect to get out of a D7 before you need to start replacing parts? From: Tradedats@aol.com Subject: Palm Pilot Application for Tape Traders Date: Tue, 25 May 1999 19:38:21 EDT Hi everyone I just wanted to let you know that I've developed a Palm Pilot Application for Tape traders. I call it TradeMan! (v.1.0). It will keep track of trader info such as address, phone, email, as well as shows to send / receive, dates sent/received, media used, checkboxes if trade completed, comment area, quick views. It's still in development but version 1.0 is at the following address and free for download. I'd love to hear what you think. My next project will be TreeMan, but I don't think I can include trees in this program cause it's limited to the number of screens I can utilize in the app. Anyway, hope you enjoy it. Mike
From: Vernon A Webb <Vernon.Webb@webb-solutions.com> Subject: CD-R Date: Tue, 25 May 1999 20:31:09 -0400 Just purchased a CD-R and am looking for the best way to record from DAT. How is everyone else doing it? Is there a special soundcard people are using or are we still in the analog input stage? Is there any special software people use. My CD-R came with Adaptec's Easy CD Creator, is this sufficient? Thanks, Vern

Or other '99 sets by these bands. Also looking for DATs of the current Old 97's tour and especially the Ranchero Brothers (Rhett & Murry of the 97's). Larry IArooster@earthlink.net
