Date: Sat, 26 May 2001 22:17:52 EDT Hey everyone!! I am on NT for the first time (I normally live in Apple world). Can anyone recommend an internal burner to put into my CPU? Which software should I use for burning data/ folders and yeah; maybe some music? CPU: IBM M-Pro Thanks. Is there anyone who could give me some opinions on the upgrade? I work stealth with a pair of Shure MX185/184 mics. The Shures are run into a homemade battbox that is a serious upgrade from the ones you can buy from Core or Sound Professionals. What can you tell me about improved dynamics, headroom etc. Will I be able to record a loud show on mic in since the Shures have a pretty high output? Please, please help me out! BTW, have a D8 for sale in very good condition, low hours, 220-240v AC adapter (bought in Sweden). I will also sell a pair of CSB and CSC:s. Will make a great package deal to anyone interested. I just joined DAT-heads and would like to extend my question to him to this forum. Additional info: My D7 came with a RM-D3K 7-pin to optical (I/O), so I think Opcode's SonicPort (USB) is an option. >Hi Erling, > >> I own a Sony TCD D7 DAT-recorder and have loads of tapes that I'd >> like to edit on my PowerBook G3 (FireWire and USB).
