A not very reliable source says that he has a "very rare" Doors concert in Mexico City (1969) which was exclusive for friends of the sons of the mexican president of thet time (you know some people will make up any story to get hold of one of your recordings). I know the history of my country quite well and the date sounds OK but my "sixth sense" tells me it may be one of those bootlegs that has ten or twelve different names and covers but comes from a very well-known bootleg concert. Great sound!! U2 - Toronto, Canada 5/24/01 - recorded from Edge's side of stage, 21 rows from PA 5/25/01 - Adam's side, 14 rows from PA All 3 shows have some crowd noise (U2 Toronto 5/25 has the most), but I'm really happy with all three recordings. If the crowd on this U2 tour wasn't so darn noisy, my 5/25 could easily pass for soundboard. 5/24 probably could the way it is. As a side note, Bono's voice wasn't as strong on 24th and it was on 25th, so vocals are clearer and louder on my 25th recording. I'm only interested in cool DAT masters from the current U2 tour (No minidiscs please). If you made a great DAT of any 2001 shows (especially the following), please email me. These are the ones I need most: 01/03/30 Atlanta, GA. Phillips Arena 01/04/17 San Diego, CA. Sports Arena 01/04/23 Anaheim, CA. The Arrowhead Pond 01/04/24 Anaheim, CA. HSBC Arena I'm really interested in a great DAT of Chicago 5/15 where they played "11 O'Clock Tick Tock" for the only time so far this tour. I can only offer cd-audio or SHN master right now. I only have 1 DAT deck. I can accept DAT clone or cd audio/SHN master in return. DAT clone or SHN master would be preferred. Cd-audio as last resort.
