I have the following Phish DATs that I no longer need, as I've converted them to Shorten archives: 06/30/98 (2x60) 07/01/98 (1x90) 07/02/98 (1x90) 07/05/98 (1x90) 07/06/98 (1x90) 07/08/98 (1x90) 07/09/98 (1x90) 07/10/98 (1x90) I have personally critiqued each of these shows, and they are all devoid of any dropouts, d/n zaps, etc. These are not crappy shows I'm trying to get rid of; rather, they are of outstanding quality and I intend to tree them shortly as Shorten files on CDR -- they are no further than 2nd-gen clones from the masters. Complete info files, including the exhaustive lineage and extensive mic information, is available at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dankseeds/files/phEuro98/ Most of these shows sound better than the Schoeps FOB source that is also in wide circulation of this tour. If you are as anal about quality as I am, as is evident from the info files at the above URL, I would consider a DAT trade for other Phish shows. I am not interested in trading for shows that you can't absolutely promise me are 100% devoid of dropouts/diginoise, or for shows of unknown lineage or source -- I have enough untradable DATs as it is due to these factors, I honestly don't need more. :) So aside from a DAT trade, I'm very open to: * !!Mutually fair!! US $$ reimbursement for the media * A quantity of high-quality blank CDRs (TDK blue/silver 74's for example) more or less equivalent to aforementioned $$ If you are interested, kindly email me and we can take it offline and finalize the details. Also, any recommendations on what to look for or what to avoid regarding this deck, (i.e. certain serial numbers, manufacture dates, hours on the head...). I will get to test the D5 out before I buy.
