They are being sent to my house in the states and I am currently marooned aboard the USS Kearsarge off the coast of Kosovo. I unfortunately have only email access and no internet access and therefore cannot search for any of this information myself. I am looking for specs for this mic to include frequency response and impedance. The reason I'm looking for the impedance is to determine what type of mic cords I need to purchase to convert the XLR output to 1/4 phono to input to a Nak 550; (I'm trying to determine if I'll need a Lo-Z to Hi-Z transformer in-line. I am also looking for feedback on these mics as I haven't seen any info on them on DAT-heads that compares them with other more modern / popular mics. Hopefully someone has used these in the past that still posts here and can help me out with this information as well as suggestions with running a three mic setup, info on a possible Rycote model number windscreen that would fit and anything else helpful. Also does anyone have any CP-3 capsules for sale??? I don't actually understand the name of the capsule (Super-omni is what I've seen) but if they are what I think they are I would like to add them to my rig. DAT-heads is my last hope....at least until I get home, for feeding my information cravings. This group has been indispensable for providing me with lots of technical information and spawned my interest in live taping. Thanks in advance. I have an aud master too, and it sounds like Cutler mixed the show in mono. I may be wrong, wouldn't be the first time. This is NOT an FM. Although, someone may have played it on air after I circulated it. cm ===== Original Message ===== From: Steven Popkin To: Dat Heads Cc: Charlie Miller Sent: Tuesday, August 07, 2001 12:42 PM Subject: Yo Miles 9-1-00 is in Mono?
