I disagree
I've used the Emagic EMI 2|6 to move audio into my ibook without a =
problem. it'll do 16 bit or 24 bit, at either 44.1 or 48 at the =
moment. a firmware update will allow it to do 24/96
no dropouts, even at the last show i did where i was burning to the =
ibook's internal cd-rw while getting a 16 bit input via usb

i have been useing a ua-30 for quite some time now. and have never noticed
dropouts or anything of that matter. honestly, no joke, i think it is windows
use and directing of the usb ports, that gives you problems. i have a
mac(let's not get into this discussion) and do not have this problem. you
should send it back being that it must be defective or try a clean install
and see if that works(you probably already tried this).
check you later BOB

Hehe! Is this the same Phil Cody that used to play in the Dead cover band
called Wooden Steel from Cincinnati, way back in the 80's? I remember he
moved out to California and haven't really heard anything from him since.
I'm not surprised if it's the same guy 'cause he was really into Dylan, if I
remember correctly.
Peace,
Doug

As it states in the subject line, Looking for good Janes shows from this
tour. I have Toronto Oct 5 recorded on a PCM-M1/ECM-717 from the center on
the floor about 30 feet back. I can only trade CDR's at this time, but I am
looking for DAT clones also. If they come near your town, go see this!
Thanks - Joe

Less than 3 years old, moderate use (<50 shows), some surface blemishes but
works perfectly. Will include original NiCD battery, box & manual, plus SLA
battery system. SLA battery system is a DIY design using standard 4pin
xlr's, an in-line fuse, charger and one 6v 7aH battery. This will power the
DAP1 for about 10 hours on a full charge. $800 firm (battery system alone
is worth $100). I'm selling because since getting my mod-sbm1, I've only
been using my D7. No sense having the DAP1 collecting dust.

0.5m balanced (xlr>xlr) pair = $180 ($240 new)
I don't need these balanced cables anymore since I now go unbalanced rca's
from V2 to mod-sbm1. Prices are firm, include shipping/insurance.
