Lets just remember that "K" in Klay's name is silent which in itself is vulgar. ;) D ------------------------------ From: Beast914@aol.com Subject: Help with Marantz repair Date: Sat, 3 Nov 2001 14:26:37 EST My Marantz CD-63 player broke (skips all over CDs). Can anyone suggest a place for repair? Im in NY but dont mind shipping it out. I'd like to send it back to Marantz for them to repair it but the note I sent them via their US Web site was burped back to me as undeliverable!!!! Yeah, sorry its a bit off the topic. But but then again; if half the threads these days are on english pronunciation, all bets are off!! Thank you for your help. Now back to my VH1 concert. You need a turntable amplifier to adjust the signal to match the RIAA curve, otherwise the frequency response will be distorted. (Turntable output is also extremely low, but the frequency response is the first issue to deal with.) Cheers, Eric ------------------------------ From: "Doug Nawrocki" Subject: Phil taping policy forfall tour Date: Sun, 4 Nov 2001 04:45:29 -0500 Hey All, What's Phil's taping policy for this tour? Are we allowed to tape anywhere or will there be a section? Are taper tix necessary? Also, I'm gonna be at SKB in Indy wednesday and was wondering if I should take my mics or get get a patch. I only saw him in Chicago and they didn't allow any rig's there, just had a patch bay in the rear of Martyr's. I imagine it could get pretty crowded if everyone's trying to set up their rig on the stage, I'm just not sure how that works. TIA for any assistance on Phil or Steve.
