From: Chris Black <chris_melas@excite.com> Subject: Laptop soundcards and mini hi-fi repair question... Date: Sun, 4 Nov 2001 11:37:02 -0800 (PST) Hey all, Just wondering what people suggest for digital soundcards for pc laptops. I've done some web searching but would like some advice from more experienced technophiles. With the holidays coming, I might just be able to talk my wife into buying me one. Please contact me at: chris_melas@hotmail.com. Thanks in advance. Second, someone in my house decided to connect two small speakers to the factory speakers of our Sony mini hi-fi component system (MHC-C605). Apparently there were some dropouts and then the system crashed. Can't even get it to power up now. Any suggestions besides sending it to the Sony repair center for an immediate fee of $125! Thanks...Chris Chris Black CDR List: http://db.etree.org/chris_melas _______________________________________________________ Send a cool gift with your E-Card http://www.bluemountain.com/giftcenter/

From: Keith Shapiro <keither@torilive.org> Subject: ISO: Tori Amos, Tampa FL, 3 Aug 94 Date: Mon, 5 Nov 2001 10:09:35 -0500 (EST) Hi all. My girl told me that someone ripped off her copy of this show (the first she ever went to). I know it was released as a "commerical" bootleg, which I can get without any trouble, however that bootleg is an abridged version of the two shows played that night. What I'm looking for are the original audience recordings from both the early and late shows from that night. Can anyone help me out? Thanks so much! Keith -- Keith D.
