Personally, I've never put down a deposit on anything that was *fully* refundable. If you didn't know, you should have asked. When you placed your preorder, you told SonicSense "hey, I would like one of those things, please reserve one for me." That's one less they can sell to someone else who would actually have paid for it. Let's say they fill up their preorder list and you're on it the day these things ship, but you suddenly cancel last minute. I have no connection with Mark or Sonic Sense other then being a very satisfied customer over the last 2-3 years. I have had nothing but the most positive of experiences dealing with him on several occasions. He has always been very helpful and willing to take the time to personally assist me in choosing the proper gear for my needs. In august last year (2001) the promised in a email that the will make an xp version for the contol program before december 2001. Actually they said their "german"developpers will do that. Until now they did not ! Again I asked. I get a new email and they said they are busy to develop a new u2apan.exe for xp The problem the said is that xp is using different volume stepping than w98 or w2k is using. Until now nothing is happpening. so untill now no xp support for the U2A. !!!!
