It looks like Sir Paul is one of those performers who plays the exact same setlist, every single night. Another artist who for some reason is uncapable or unwilling to deviate from a rehearsed setlist, while fans pay $150 and $200 per seat. I guess at those prices, you'd only need to see one show anyway. Don't forget $38 for a t-shirt. It is on ebay at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=891423853 It is a USB Digital Audio Device that includes a 24 bit A/D, D/A converter, and records or does A/D, D/A transfers from either Analog, Tosslink or Coax in or out. It has very little use, and is in Brand new condition. It has only been used in my home, never used for any location recording. It is complete, including all drivers and manyauls, as well as original packaging. It records to the HD perfectly. I am selling it because I have decided to go to a seperate A/D, D/A converter and a Delta Dio 24/96 card. The Auction begins at $125, it sold new a year ago for $229. It is compatable with W98 and 2000 only. Any offers outside of ebay will be considered, and I will stop the auction on reciept of payment. As far as the Zoltrix Nightingale is concerned, I am not sure they have drivers for Windows XP. Many audio products don't. I've got 2 tickets available for the show in the 7th row, center section. As far as I know, Bruce still allows open taping from your seat, so you should be able to get a great tape from this location. Looking for face + TB charges. A trade for a copy of the show would be very cool, too. Drop me a line if interested, Todd ------------------------------ From: randy@monkeybiz.Stanford.EDU Subject: taping santana Date: Tue, 2 Jul 2002 11:56:33 -0700 (PDT) A friend of mine has talked with carlos several times over the past decade, trying to persuade him to allow open taping. As far as I understand things, Carlos could care less whether or not we tape him, is appreciative of getting good boots (I've passed on a few things to him from shows we both attended), and doesn't see the necessity of hassling with the suits in order to change the policy. In terms of the old BTAT list, Santana is "no see, no enforce"... (at venues that might care about taping); if it's a private gig or a free public gathering, you should be able to do whatever you like (video, fly a stand, whatever...) -rand0m ------------------------------ From: "DRider" Subject: Umbrella Date: Tue, 2 Jul 2002 18:05:06 -0400 go to Toys~R~Us head over to the stroller section there will be umbrellas to clamp onto a stroller the umbrella is about one foot in diameter the clamp is perfect for a mic stand! they are about $8.00 each happy taping D ------------------------------ From: "DRider" Subject: FS: 2 PLQ Charlotte Tix Date: Tue, 2 Jul 2002 18:18:20 -0400 I have these 2 PLQ tix to sell for face value: PHIL LESH AND FRIENDS VERIZON WIRELESS AMPHITHEATRE CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA Friday, Jul 26 2002 3:30PM Seat Location (SECTION SEC 2, ROW G, SEATS 27 TO 28) Total Charge $102.90 That's CENTER section...... 7th row!
