I'm offering these three cdr's with
MOUNTAIN
FILLMORE EAST
Dec 31 1970 early show 14 tracks
50:01/49:18
SBD
Memorex CDAudio
FILLMORE EAST
June 27 1971 6 tracks

These are cdr's I received in trades. I have copied

I'd like name brands back. Tell me what you will be

send 1970 separately from 1971. but would send all
three to one person.

Subject: Sony TCD D7 > Hard Drive > CD???

Newbie here.
I just got my first use out of my Sony D7, and the material that I got
this weekend with it turned out to be my friend and favorite musician's
last performance here on Earth.
I need to make sure I handle this material with as much care as is humanly
possible. At the moment I have a lot to learn about doing the DAT > hard
drive transfer, but my main question for now is this:
Since the D7 does not have the 44.1 kHz sampling rate, will there be a
problem or quality loss when I create a CD from these tapes? How can I
get the best possible results? Are tapes made using a D7 able to be made
into acceptable seeds for etree?
I need to check, but I believe I will need a new soundcard for the
transfer as well as a digital connector cable to go from deck to
soundcard. Any advice here would be appreciated as well.
I have the latest version of Soundforge for working with the .wav files,
so I think I'm covered there.
Scott, (sold me the deck) I'll give you a call when I get a chance to see
how you did your transfers with this, but if you shoot me an e-mail I'll
get that right away.
Thanks folks.

Why would you get tickets you didn't want unless you planned to scalp them?
so we can be the kings.
or maybe to trade for something worthwhile.
never had extra tickets?
all i was saying was that i think its fine to recoup the costs associated
with buying tickets. this may not be the way of the kind bras in the taper
section but as i said, there are often extra costs associated with getting
*good* tickets to make good tapes from.
i'm no scalper
but i must admit, they are good to know.
this is silly
they we're talking about the rolling stones and the who for pete's sake, not
moe and galactic.

Hi,
I'm looking for anything rare, video or audio recordings of the country
artist Deborah Allen. She's had a hit song in the 80's "Baby I Lied" and in
the 90's "Rock Me (In The Cradle Of Love)" She has a great voice!
Her music videos have played on CMT when they were singles but since then I
haven't seen them or have been able to find someone with copies of these
videos. She's also done radio interviews and these CDs have popped up here
and there, but usually only contain the music that's on the full CDs.
Also looking for a New Years Eve show she did on TNN around 1993, give or
take a year. Would love to see this show once again, wish I taped it back
then!
I'd like to trade for DAT or CDr or video from my list. I can't download
music files, sorry, I use a dial up modem and it would just take too long.
I have a list of live recordings I can trade, so please email me and I'll
email you my list and hope that you find something I can trade with you. Or
I can do Blanks and shipping if I've got nothing to trade with you. Please
email me. Thanks.

Due to continuing unemployment, I need to sell my Mackie 1202 VLZ (not pro).
It has been used about 6 times in people's homes and resides in a soft
case. I have the sbd, case, box, manual, and everything else that came with
it. The unit is mint, and was never used around smoke. Cost was $340 plus
$25 for case. I would like $250 OBO.....Dave

I've attended lots of summer shows and smaller, local indoor shows last Fall

down, or are they more agressive these days. I'm hoping to stealth the

My D8 sends to my RMR-D100 which sends optical to a Yamaha UW500 USB Audio
interface with the computer. This sends analog to my stereo for monitoring
and all sounds good and works well so far. It's in the computer that the
signal simply remains a series of digital beeps. I have Cool Edit Pro and
when opening a new file I tell it to look for a 48 khz sample rate--to no
avail=still the beeps. Okay, I'm a newbie, but I've looked for information
specific to this problem--again to no avail. Could some good samaritan(s)
please give me a quick run down of the DAT to computer liaison? how to make
it work? --Thanks!

You need to do sample rate conversion, to adjust the rate to 44.1
kHz. The quality loss can be kept below the perceivable.
> How can I get the best possible results?
Use the best possible sample-rate converter.

Yes.
