I am selling a sony i am selling a sony PCM-M1 dat deck. I have used it to
record 7-8
shows, plus playback onto my harddrive (so approximately 24-26 hours). It
comes with 2 Core Sound 7-pin cables (1 out and 1 in & out). Also, I have
the original ac adapter, recharger for
batteries, soft case, sony handheld microphone, dat cleaning cassette, 12 x
12 hard case, and i will throw in 5 new dats. This unit is in perfect
cosmetic condition, works as new, and was well
taken care of. Please contact me if interested. I do have pictures of all
the mentioned stuff if needed. Please, serious offers, as I have been
burned on this deal once already...
Thanks for the space,

hey all,
as per todd's directions i have done the modification on the dmic and it
does work quite well. i have tested it under various conditions here at home
and the results are just perfect. todd, thanx for the info and if anyone is
a do it your selfer feel free to ask any questions and for a 100 bucks todd
will do these mod's for ya. it takes 2 or 3 hours and a bit of tedious work
but it is well worth it and is the answer for those that hate the 5db adjust
levels. ive got two shows in nov that i will test it on and will let you
know the results when finished.
happy taping,
ds

I had one for a while...

I can't seem to tell the difference, but the CDs made from the recorder sound
good AND you have the ability to EQ the analog input...
> Can you tell me if the Sony CDRW33 CD recorder will ignore the SCMS Copy
Protection placed on store bought original CDs? Can I make a digital copy
of a CDR that has already been digitally copied?
Yes.

Yes.

Hi, if anyone gets the opportunity to see and tape the boys in action
you will not be disappointed, probably quite the opposite, they are in
rare form. If anyone has taped them recently or has any past hq,
preferably sourced shows or is looking to trade I have a recent nice DAT
master that made its way to CDR today. If anyone is interested please
let me know and hopefully we can figure something out. I have a diverse
musical taste so I am always looking for a wide variety of music, don't
be shy, good taping (as I hope someone is doing with the Flowers right
now in NYC), look forward to hearing from you, JC

$300. I'm already dropping about $1500 for the deck. found the Tascam
BP-D1 (Rechargeable battery pack for the DAP1) on American Digital's page
(for $100). anyone use one? are they good? how long will they last etc??
why are eco charge so much better? or are they?

that $190 if for 1 battery, 1 charger, and 1 powercable. u probbaly want 2
batteries tho in case u hit a festival, or if u do 2 nights back to back
with no way to charge.
if you or anyone wants to contact me via email, i can set up with the
*exact* same batteries and chargers that you would get from those other
places u mention for less than half of what they are charging. :)

Hey everyone,
I've been looking for these since they occurred with
no luck...
Anyone have the ALD source for the Cleveland 5-3-2001
or ANY HQ recording of the Detroit 5-3-2001 U2
Elevation tour for trade or B&P? DAT, CD or SHN
preferred...FWIW, I know that the Cleveland ALD
circulates in SHN, but can't find anyone with it.
My list is below...only have one DAT deck at the
moment, but can do CD or SHN in return....
Hope to hear from someone!

This place has some very inexpensive sla batteries although I haven't
looked at their shipping charges:
http://www.batterymart.com/batteries/sla_battery.asp
and this was the best price I found on a Battery Tender Junior:

Date: Sun, 27 Oct 2002 11:38:39 EST
This show is from Browns Island in Richmond, VA. Gibb Droll sat in for most
of the set that included a cover of Dwight Yokum's She Wore Red Dresses,Oakie
From Muskogee, a killer Euro Trash Girl with Gibb Droll, and a wedding
proposal from a dude in the audience before the Why Don't We Get Drunk and
Screw encore. It was a very atypical Cracker show and it sounds sweet. I ran
another master on my DA-P1 so I don't need this one. I would like to trade
for any NRBQ that I do not have, Jerry Joseph or Trey from the recent tour. I
will also consider a b&p. Anyone here get any of the recent Elvis/NRBQ shows?
Much to trade

I have a new preamp-A/D... so I'm selling the following.
(Links to pictures below)
Denecke AD-20 (aka Zefiro InBox) $250:
I have modified this unit. The 3/16" diameter gain knobs have been replaced
with large knobs that have clear reference markings. If your familiar with
the unit you know what a pain the factory gain knobs are in size and with no
markings. I also added an 1/8" stereo jack to the side so you dont need to
use a bulky xlr to 1/8" mini "WYE" adapter cable.
Denecke PS2 48v Phantom Power $85:
6-volt - 7ah battery in a hard case with cables and "smart" charger $125:
Oktava MC-012 mic pair (not matched) (Cardioid caps, 10dB pads, clamp, foam
lined cases) $250:
Package deal $625
Pictures at my trades sight. There is a link at the top to the equipment
photos.
