I've got plenty of stuff to trade!

i have a minime and the serial number is 108...that makes if Rev A and
will not power off of 6volts. so...what i do is run it off of a 12volt
SLA that is home-made with a 4-pin XLR connector on it(thanks neil!).
the cable i made is 4-pin XLR to DC Coaxial plug. i came close to using
the power supply cable provided and cutting it, but i ended up finding
the correct plug from a local electronic supplier called MarVac
Electronics(they're in Mar Vist, CA...near Marina Del Rey). they're a
step up from radio shack. anyway, i took the power supply into the place
and found the exact same size connector i needed. this is what i purchased:
Philmore
DC Coaxial Plug
2.1mm(ID) x 5.5mm OD
No. 210
LKG Industries - Rockford, IL
hopefully this helps. i have yet to have a problem with power issues
with my minime. in fact, the thing has run like a champ and i love it!
very easy to use and sounds great! and one last thing, the battery i'm
using is a 12volt/6.5amphour and i've had no problem with running out of
power. i just recorded mule at the house of blues and the one battery
lasted for the opening band and both sets of mule. i've never done a
test to see how much time i'd actually get, but that works for me now.
good luck
mike

Does anyone know the taping policy for the following performers?
Guy Clark, Herb Pederson & Chris Hillman pro or con?
H.P. & C.H. are playing together. I would imagine Herb is familiar with
us from Old & in the Way etc. My intuition is that Hillman would
probably say no but that's just a guess. Any info would be greatly
appreciated

Subject: Albany TOO Taper Tickets?
Date: Tue, 5 Nov 2002 15:49:34 EST
I'm wondering what gives for this show? Besides myself, I've got over a
half-dozen taper friends who got shut out for taper tickets for Albany. In
fact, I still haven't found one taper who managed to get a taper for this
show. All of us are long time tapers who've been getting our tickets from
Ruby at GDTSTOO for ages. I would think that at least a few of us would have
gotten tapers.
I thought that possibly because I asked for two tapers she couldn't fill my
order, but a few on my friends only asked for one taper and got shut out. We
all received tickets in Section 118 (Right side, just in front of the stage)
which are good seats, but not tapers.
If anyone out there managed to get a pair of tapers and can part with one of
them, I'll be happy to accomodate you in any reasonable manner you specify.
I've got a taper for both Philly's, Hartford, and the Meadowlands so far.
I'll help anyone I can get a recording of the show. I'm more than happy to
give out patches at any time. This Albany show will be the first time in a
long time that I'll be a begger for a taper.
Thanks for the consideration!
Yours,
Ira

I got this less than a year ago. Took it out of the package to test it (only
to find out that I needed a miniplug to optical adaptor to fit into an optical
plug of the stereo component and thus returned it to its package). So
basically this is still new and "unused" so to speak. I don't need this
anymore as I now do all optical transfers from my DTC-59ES rather than the M1.
Somewhere around the 7 pin connector area is a switch that lets you change
between analog and digital (if I remember correctly). You can do in's and
out's with this. Very handy!
First offer of $110 (includes shipping) gets this. I believe these are out of
production. Priority given to those who can pay via paypal, cash, or money
orders.

Only partially compatible. The input jacks will probably work but
the output ones won't, or if they do they won't be reliable. The
