I'm hoping somebody out there has a complete version of the U2 performance
at Red Rocks in June of '83. This was my second show I ever went to and I
have particular sentiment towards it. Just a CD-R would do a-ok in my book.
Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
scored a great tape at last nights Lifehouse gig here in Munich...Although I
found out during the opening act that something in my recording set up was
wrong ("no input" on my M1 although everything was set up correctly),I was
able to replug everything in the complete dark and went directly line-in with my
OKM mics bypassing the SBM-1 (the digital out plug apparently being the
cause of the problem).
Tape still comes out great although you can spot the difference...the SBM-1
makes this smooth and warm sound which this recording lacks a bit...
Anyway, this show it up for trade...
11-11-2002 Lifehouse@Metropolis Munich/Germany 90min OKM II Pro>M1 A
Looking this time primarily for great FUEL recordings....
Best from Munich, Germany

Hi!
Is there any external USB digital box around? Input, output or both?
PC compatible, not MAC.
Or which external box, USB in/out, is good quality and affordable at the
same time?
I've found one, by Yamaha, price unknown. But it has only optical in/out.
The idea is that I can also go in with an SPDIF coaxial.

Hey all...
time to clean out the gear bag a bit. The following items are for
sale:
- Edirol UA-5 $200. Stock model (no mods). Good condition. Some
scratches and normal field wear, but perfect working order.=20
Original box, driver disc, manual.
- Sony D7 $325. excellent cosmetic condition. One owner (previous
to me), light use by myself (once, maybe twice). No issues that I'm
aware of. Comes w/leather case, 6v wall wart and home-made battery
sled (for the internal batteries). Also comes with Sony active 7pin
cable. This is the "digital in" only cable. No I/O. The cable is
in pristine condition. =20
I will pay for USPS priority shipping w/insurance.

Well it seems like the BTAT list is either not complete or I just can't
figure it out so I pose the question to you all. Does anyone know the
policy of these guys from LA. I know there are several shows out in
circulation (Bonnaroo) but did not know if they had an open taping policy or
if it was a stealth affair. Please email me off list if you have any info!
Thanks!

Hey all,
I ended up getting closer tickets and have an extra
pair of section 6, row
Q seats for sale at face value. Remember, this is a
center stage event, so
all floor sections ARE created equal. These should be
pretty good tickets
to "tape" from. These are for the November 24th Peter
Gabriel show at the
MCI Center in downtown Washington D.C. The tickets
say 11/11/2002, but
that is because the date was changed, they will be
honored.

Hi all,
Just a quick note to let you know that Chris Toppin and I will be performing live tonight (Tuesday) on WMBR 88.1 FM in Cambridge/Boston as part of this great and historic station's fundraising drive. Details below. You can get it live on the Web as well. Top and I will play some songs from my last solo record, Up Here, as well as a bunch of songs that we will be recording for a new duo record. Some are brand new, some are older and borrowed from our days with the Bathing Beauties, revamped for the new configuration, and most are certainly blue. We will be on around 10/10:30.
Without WMBR, there would most likely be no Buffalo Tom.
Sorry about any unanswered email. I promise to get to it soon.

For the rolling stones ...fanny bags and purses werent even allowed.
Have there been any post 9-11 "taper-friendly" shows at the fleet center? Do
you think we'll get hassled for backpacks? I know we have our two "taping
sections", but they were nazis during the stones.
I dont remember the venue in a post a couple weeks ago.... but at some show
the tapers had to check their bags and transfer all their gear to plastic
garbage bags!! Here... toss that $3000 worth of gear in this sack and put
it on our beer-laden concrete floor!!!
We usually park at alewife station and take the trains into beantown. It
would be a real hassle to get back to the car to stow my gear... So if you
have taping experience at the Fleet since 9-11.. please let us know.
Thanks!!!
Winnie
