XLR's -black w/ gold connectors, right angle 3 pin - NC3MRC-B (male), NC3FRC-B (female) right angle 4 pin female silver - NC4FRC (no need for gold connectors on a power cable!) a pain in the ass to solder, but well worth it. they are strong enough that your gear can be placed vertically, with the cables on the bottom, I have my v3 and ad2k this way, but it would be really key for the apoge products which are sop much deeper in design. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Anyone know if there is a taping "policy" for Savoy Brown? Yea or Nay? Mathias ------------------------------ From: Joe Thierry Subject: low profile or right angle xlrs Date: Fri, 07 Feb 2003 21:44:13 -0500 The only low profile XLRs I've ever seen were mini xlrs made by Switchcraft. The are not compatible with full size XLR connectors though. You can purchase right angle XLR connectors from Markertek. http://www.markertek.com/MTStore/product.CFM?BaseItem=NC3FX Joe > anyone have any suggestions for making > xlr connections more stealthable? > > I've just got those big barrel types. > was wondering if there was a source > for low profile or right angle xlr connectors. ------------------------------ From: mike lyons Subject: ISO Pretenders at the Beacon 2/6/03 Date: Fri, 7 Feb 2003 18:47:43 -0800 (PST) If anyone taped the Pretenders Thursday night - I'd love to trade for a copy - thanks Mike ===== __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Some superficial blemishes, but nothing detracting. It comes with the wall wart with which I modified with a 4pin connector that you can disconnect the power cable from the wall wart and use with an echocharge or other 4 pin SLA. I used a homebrew with it. It also has the NiCad internal battery that came with it but it does not hold a charge. You can have the cells replaced for relatively cheap if you wish to use it. I'm looking for $700. ------------------------------ From: Mark Mayhle Subject: Clear Channel planning "instant" live CDs Date: Sat, 8 Feb 2003 02:14:01 -0600 (CST) http://www.boston.com/dailyglobe2/038/living/Instant_live_CDs_of_a_concert_Testing_to_begin_in_Boston+.shtml -- Mark Mayhle mark@mayhle.com ------------------------------ From: "=?iso-8859-1?q?Mr.Binaurals?=" Subject: taping policies.....
