Digital input, with an Sony SBM-1@44.1K-> via SP/DIF opticalcable-> Nomad 3.

By listening to the recording. I don't have the knowledge or expertise to do
file comparisions. Anyway, how the recording sounds is the end point I am
most interested in.
I hope this helps!

Wondering if anyone has had any success putting uncompressed audio only onto dvdr. Conceptually it sure would be sweet to get a 3hr show on one disc in 48kHz quality! Theoretically there should be a way. I dabbled and getting nowhere. Any pointers?

Hey folks,
cleaned up a bit an found a box with some dats and cds
I packed up a couple months ago to B&P and then never
got to it. Hopefully this is the last batch.

Again, preference goes to those offering quality DVD-R
or -RWs, but will also take quality cdr in a 5 discs/
dat ratio. Would like these all to go to one person
I also have about 220 discs (mostly sci) that I have
available for B&P...email me if you would like the
list
And finally, the DAP1 I posted for sale a week or so
ago now has an asking price of $575...in a hurry to
sell, I need the cash.

I'm using a Nomad Jukebox 3 with two Core Sound High End binaural
microphones through the line input with the latest firmaware and
recording live opera performance for my town (Bilbao, Spain) radio. I'm
in charge of the Opera program in this Radio Euskadi and the recordings
seem to be very good. In fact the radio technicians have not realized
I've changed from my Sony TCD-D10 to the Nomad! I like the much longest
recording time and the much smaller size.

well, the time has finally come. being in the caribbean for the next 2
years, i don't really have any use for this stuff and it would be a shame to
let it sit around ad collect dust. everything is in really good shape, with
low hours on the d7. the coax>7-pin is passive, and i'll include an optical
7-pin as well (both are sony products, not aftermarket). put some mics in
front of the beyer pre-amp and you'd have a good low cost starter rig. i'd
like to get $600, and i'll pay for shipping. but, i am open to offers.
thanks.

Can some kind soul please provide some clarification on an amazing live Boz Scaggs show I just picked up? All it says is the following:
Boz Scaggs
Virgin Record Party
Tramps: NYC
1997
50 minutes
Digital Soundboard
I am a bit suspicious as the quality is absolutely perfect...it could be commerical caliber.
In any case, has anyone heard of this show? If so, might you have an exact date? Thanks for any information you can provide!
Cheers!
