For all who are interested I taped the Indigo Girls this past feb 14 in
Columbus, Ohio at the Promo West Pavillion. It's a really nice acoustic
show. I used DSM6>PA-6LC3>M1(Yes I know they allow taping, but I don't have
a full size rig). It was a GA show, so I stood right infront of the stage
right stack, and got a very nice recording.
I am not interested in more Indigo Girls, so I will do a B+P, or I will
take Lisa Loeb or Jewel trades. I have the entire show on 1 cd in shn
format with 3 pictures I took from the front row(they turned out ok).

Jeff

So I'm selling my Sony PCM-M1 DAT recorder. I bought the unit last April and
it's only been used literally 5 times since. Neddless to say, then, this unit
is in virgin-like, mint condition. Reason for selling: I need to free up some
money to fund my travelling plans for the summer. I barely use it, so I cannot
justify having all that money tied up when it could be 'better' used.
Anyways, here's the goods:
-the M1 itself, used only 5 times
-Twelve 90M Fuji DDS tapes (8 sealed, 4 used)
-external battery pack / sled (home built, uses 3 D-cells, can power the M1 for
12-15 hrs. in record mode vs. 3hrs with AA's)
-Sony Ni-MH battery charge adaptor
Looking to get $620, OBO. I'm open to offers.
Take it easy,
Tovi
