Hey All,
I picked up one of these mysterious little boxes but haven't had time to
play with it. I came across them at Parts Express in Dayton, OH. They have
all kinds of neat little items for the gadgeteer. Follow the link.

Did anyone reading this tape moe. at the Blue Note in Columbia, Missouri on
2/06/03? Know someone who did? There seems to be a black hole swallowing
this show. Please email me if you taped it or know someone who did. Plenty
to offer in return. DAT (pref) or disc.

Hey all,
I recorded Dave Wakeling at the Ballard Firehouse on 3/8/03 but my tape had
some problems an hour into the show.(someone bumped into me and the deck
stopped, I guess the stop button depressed when they bumped me)... If anyone
else taped the show and would be interested in trading something for a copy
let me know....
All in all the portion I did get sounds pretty nice, it was my first outing
with a set of AT853's I bought from someone on the list a while back..I was
impressed, sound much better than the CSB's I was using (in all fairness, I
was using the 853's Card caps though) Decent stealth mics for the money
IMHO. I am looking forward to experimenting with mic placement and so forth
with the setup.... Fun fun fun...

Hey all. Please pardon the repost, but now I have more specific info. I
have available up to 150 DDS 60m one pass tapes. I would prefer to sell them
in batches no smaller than 25 tapes, if possible. About 50 are 3M, 50 are
Sony DG60's like many of us have been using, and 50 are Sony DG60Ma's. For
best results, these should be bulk erased berfore use. $1 each, plus
shipping. I can accept credit cards via my business.

The time has come for me to part with my D7.
This unit has NEVER failed me in any way. It is in excellent condition
cosmetically and mechanically.
I have had it for about 2 years, and have recorded about 10 concerts, a
couple meetings, and some rehearsals. I've cleaned it a few times with the
dry cleaning tape made by sony.
this is a good karma deck i believe, because not only have i taken excellent
care of it, but the guy who owned it before me used it to "stealth" record
at some local PTA meetings. Apparently the people who were in charge were
pretty corrupt and always made comments under their breath and to each
other. He used a small stereo mic and the D7 to catch these comments on
tape and eventually used them to bring charges against these folks.
DAT in action!
anyhow, i am including an original sony RMT-D7 remote commander unit as
well. This plugs in via the 7-pin, and can control the following: stop,
play, pause, RECORD, ff, rew, hold, backlight on/off, volume, and is really
handy for inserting Start ID's after or during a recording. It's also
really handy if you stealth because you can get the deck all cued up, click
on the hold on the remote, and then start recording with it in your pocket
when you are ready.
the package is:
-Excellent condition Sony TCD-D7
-6V Wal-wart AC adapter
-stock battery sled for 4 AA batteries
-Sony RMT-D7 remote commander
-leatherette cover for D7/D8
Asking $300 for everything. I am open to offers, but please be reasonable.
Have a great day everyone!
thanks for reading.
