From: Keith Bode <t.tunakebo@verizon.net> Subject: Knock-out Box Reply-To: t.tunakebo@verizon.net Date: Fri, 16 May 2003 14:23:58 -0700 I have a M-Audio Delta Dio 2496 sound card. Access to the rear ports is very, limited, and I have to move my entire computer to change sources to the control paanel. There are 4 SPDIF connectors, Coax In and Out and Toslink In and Out. I have thought to have a small knockout box, that I could locate on a the side of my work station would be perfect. Then I could just plug in the propper lead, and not have to move the entire computer, to change aconnections. Keith

From: "Mike BB" <mike@oongowa.com> Subject: ISO: any Sound Blaster sound card Date: Fri, 16 May 2003 20:23:17 -0400 Hello, I'm running a dual boot system with Redhat Linux and Windows 2000. My old Turtle Beach sound card isn't supported in Linux and doesn't work very well in Win2000. I was going to check out eBay for a cheap Sound Blaster but I figured I would check here first since a lot of people may have an extra card laying around. I don't want anything fancy, just a Sound Blaster card that's compatible with Win2000 and isn't ancient. Thanks for any help! Mike BB
From: Anthony Patrizio <a.patrizio@verizon.net> Subject: ISO: Radiohead DAT trades and other stuff Date: Fri, 16 May 2003 22:01:21 -0400 hey, I'm looking to hook up with collectors with known-lineage Radiohead. I have a nice amount of the same to offer in return, plus plenty of other stuff. At the moment, I'm only looking for DAT trades, so send a list or a link if you are able to make dat clones. Also very interested in The Cure and Pink Floyd. Have good stuff to offer, particularly for the latter. Would like to check out some live Sigur Ros, as I don't have anything at all. So, help me out! kind regards, anthony
