Anybody know what the situation is there? I'm going to see the Chris Duarte
Group in October,
and will audio and video tape him if the club is cool with it. Duarte
certainly is.

If they're not taper-friendly, what's it like getting through the door with
a stealth rig...any big hassles?

while down at the jazz fest this year one of the security folks came over and started talking, turns out he played in a cajun band around new iberia years back and mentioned that they had no recordings of their music (after over 30 years of playing), told him i'd love to tape them, but he said the main guy died so its all over now and he'll never have a chance to hear it on tape,, it would sure be great to have someone start taping these folks before they all completely disappear, wish i still lived down in louisiana and could take up the task myself,, good luck finding someone to grab some of this

as for dylan, hasn't the music world already sponged enough off of him, quit thinking your obsession with taping is a right
