Hello to all ,
I'm looking for a Fostex D20 specially for its SMPTE Time code and RS 422
port . It's very difficult to find some information about this DAT on the
web , I just would like to know if the SMPTE and RS422 are built in or if ,
like the D25, you have to buy 2 additionnal cards to add these fonctions .
Last question , what are the differences between D20 and D20B?
Thanks For your replys .

I'll be taping at a club with a bank of overhead speakers centered
(left to right) in the room. Would DIN or XY be most appropriate with
hypers? Should I point the mics slightly up toward the speakers, or just
straight ahead?

SSIA. This is the Aeta/EAA psp-2...the transformer pre, not to be confused
with the newer transformerless psp-3. Unit is in perfect working and
cosmetic condition. It's about the size of a d-8, so it's great for
stealthing applications. Great rich low end with smooth mids and highs.
Comes with carrying case, original owners manual, and a pair of shortie
Canare xlr>rca cables. Asking $600 obo shipped to your door. If you have
any interest or questions please get in touch with me at
carrington9@comcast.net Thanks for the space.
Best,
Carrington

Can someone by chance recommend a specific make and model of DVD-VCD =

types, etc.? My Apex AD-1200 (which didn't seem all that great, actually =
and was Region 1 only) failed and I have to replace it. Thanks very =
