From: "Jake Lewis" <taperjake@hotmail.com> Subject: FT/ISO Phish Fall/NYE, ISO D8 Battery Sled Date: Sun, 26 Oct 2003 06:20:56 -0500     Howdy friendly DAT folk... ISO: One ticket to Phish's show at the Boston Fleetcenter on 12/2. It's a huge longshot to expect anyone to have a taper tick, but if they do, I will <<KILL>> for it. Really, I'm just trying to get to the show, as a friend from the west coast, whom I haven't seen in five years, is flying in for the show. I can offer a 12/28 Florida 2nd Row loge seat with an excellent sight line to the stage for trade. If it's enough to tip the scales, I'll through in some complimentary discs of some of my favorite shows too. My friend from Cali is going to try to find tix to Nassau, Albany, and Philly, so I appreciate offers for those too. To reiterate: a taper's tick would be a miracle, but all I'm really hoping for is to see the Boston show (or one of the other 3 northeast thanksgiving shows). FT: One ticket to Phish 12/28- 2nd Row loge with great line of sight. See above paragraph for details. ISO: One Sony D8 battery sled. My previous one melted (external battery pack cables shorted), and if anyone has an extra one laying around or has a nonfunctioning D8 whose sled wouldn't be missed, I'd appreciate a shout out. I'd pay about $10 + shipping. ($10 seems to be an appropriate price for what amounts to a piece of molded plastic. If they actually run higher than that, let me know.     Thanks,      Jake _________________________________________________________________ Want to check if your PC is virus-infected? The= y were=20 fairly typical of the early 70's UK hard rock/blues bands and were probably=20= best=20 remembered for their choices of cover material, including "Who Do You Love"=20 and Frank Zappa's "Willie The Pimp." I've been transferring reel to reel recordings from a older family member an= d=20 I recently stumbled across some live Juicy Lucy tapes from 1970 and 1971=20 among the reels. Out of curiosity I checked them out and I'd like to find mo= re of=20 them. Two are typical quality early 70s audience tapes and one is from BBC T= V.=20 I also recently found an excellent SBD of them from the 1971 Ruis Rock=20 Festival in Finland. I transfered all 4 to two CDs if anyone is interested.=20= CD1=20 contains the 1970 shows and CD2 contains the 1971 shows. Notation and trackl= ists=20 follow. From: Eric Eckberg <shmurg@yahoo.com> Subject: FYI: Date: Sun, 26 Oct 2003 13:52:06 -0800 (PST) I recorded Mule and NEM 10/24-25/03 with the new CS PDAudio-CF and the MIC24/96. I recorded it to an external Addonics Exdrive, using a 3800 series IPAQ and the HP dual PC card expansion pack. I also used the LIVE24/96 software. I recorded at 16/48....Worked great, can't wait to get reliable 24 bits though! I am offering DAT trades.... Perfect time to hear how the mic24/96 sounds and how the quality of the PDAudio-CF is just steller... Officially I guess it would go: MBHO's>Mic24/96>PDAUDIO_CF>IPAQ 3800>Addonics EXDRIVE Let me know... ISO: of Earlier Crowes material>pre '96 or NEM shows on DAT. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Exclusive Video Premiere - Britney Spears http://launch.yahoo.com/promos/britneyspears/
