I am looking for information about the club Ultra/Live in Providence,
RI. What is security like, what is the basic club layout and capacity,
if known?
Thanks,
Bill

I would also like to know the basics of Matrix recording. I think this is
an interesting discussion topic for the list.
I have never had the opportunity to make a Matrix recording, and only heard
one matrix, but it had a cool 3-D feel to it.
I've only heard it mentioned once or twice here on the list.
Maybe someone who has done these can breifly explain the procedure, or
recommend resources as Karl suugested.

I upgraded my computer about a year ago and no longer need my previous
machine. Wondering if anyone needs a solid machine to use as a burning
station or general usage?
Here's the basics:
Dell XPS 700 Mhz P III (mini tower)
Quantam Atlas 18 GB 10k SCSI
786 KB SDRAM (maxed out)
Plextor 1210 IDE burner
I just put a fresh Win2k Pro install onto it. Needs your burning SW.
Great machine for overall usage and burning. Never was fast enough for my
liking in doing intensive SoundForge editing.
Paid $3150 for this in 2/00 :'(
I'm open to offers(trades?)! Thanks, Dave

the tour's been going on for about a week now.. i meant to send this out
sooner, but things come up..
they're in the vein of mogwai / godspeed/etc.
i believe all the shows are under $10 and their set runs just under an hour
typically.
they're totally cool with taping (audio or video), so if you were to run into
any problems just try to talk to someone from the band.
the remaining dates are at:
http://www.flyroddg.com/eits/prayers.htm
i'm guessing this won't go out before sunday's show, but..
i'm hoping to get as much of the tour covered as possible...
have masters from this tour (ran ccm4s at carrboro and harrisonburg) and
previous tours to offer..
i'm also looking to gather as much info as i can on their previous tours, so if
you have any info you think might not be out there (dates/locations, setlists,
recording info, etc. -- please email me)

preious e-mail addy (lally@worldlynx.net). Well, things have moved on in my

put my mics up for auction.

Thanks a ton,
Kevin Lally
