I found myself less motivated to send or give (in person) bands copies of shows I taped, for a variety of reasons. If the band wanted a copy so bad, why don't they hire someone to tape thier shows? I don't like being accused of having a SBD patch, when I crank out a good aud tape. I don't like the vocals being turned down in the hall, so I have to go buy a SBD from the bands website. I don't like to make a suggestion about CD artwork (and it gets used) and not even receive as much as a "hey, that's a great idea". Critters Buggin hasn't played in years, so I don't think that is valid, and I don't tape Galactic so I don't care. Like I said in my last post, burn errors used to be common back when,, but I just don't recall a single problem in the boatload I've done in the last few years. Is it possible that folks have stuck so fiercely to what worked best years ago that they haven't allowed themselves to accept improvements outside of their sights. Not being confrontational, but just wondering if anyone has had actual real life problems, ones beyond some technical report. Life expectancy, maybe? It is in great condition. Comes with a battery that will last for a few shows. Will take $450 or b/o. cm ------------------------------ From: "james helgy" Subject: FS: DA-302 Dual DAT Deck Like New.....Lower Price Yet! Date: Sat, 29 Nov 2003 07:48:32 -0600 Desparate times call for desparate measures. Being currently unemployed forces me to have to put this deck up for sale. VERY low hours. It was just completely serviced by Midwest Digital & given a completely clean bill of health in June. Used very little since. It has the rack mount ears on it. I am looking for $499 which includes UPS ground shipping & insurance. Since nobody wanted it yesterday, I dropped the price by nearly $100. It's a sweet deck, and I hate to part with it..... but I'm hurting for $$. I can also be reached at jameshelgerson@sbcglobal.net . _________________________________________________________________ Say “goodbye” to busy signals and slow downloads with a high-speed Internet connection!
