Has anybody taped any shows by these guys? Their disc has gotten very good
reviews and the opening show of their tour in Boston last week got rave
reviews in the paper. If anyone has taped them I would love to trade for a
show to check them out. Lots to trade.

Hey Now!
Thanx for the responses regarding Susan. I think the bottom line is yes,
Susan has allowed taping when she's opened for another taping friendly band,
which goes along w/ what I said in my original post.....
However, it is my understanding that her manager is against it, unless some
pre-arrangement can be made.
I really would like to do that if at all possible.
So does anyone have the contact info for Susan's Dad or her manager?? Or
Susan herself?
I would happily make a copy for her manager, her Dad, the band or whoever
needs and wants it - including this entire list, if I can get in contact w/
him and get permission.
Any help would be awesome!
Thanx!

I can't give a 100% accurate yes to that question because I can't find
a statement online one way or the other HOWEVER....
her father runs this site:
http://www.pipeline.com/~stb/
and made this comment:
"Did anyone tape the performance in Atlanta when Susan & Sheryl Crow
joined Willie Nelson onstage?
I would LOVE a copy if anyone has it (....Dick Tedeschi)"
So there you go.

TY. A couple of weeks ago I put a link to Media Solutions website where
they are $25/100 on a trader's special, permanently, or until the price
drops further.. I don't know if HP still is packaging TY media as their
own. Tey also have Sony DG60 snd 90P Data cartridges fo about a dime
cheaper each, than anyplsce I''ve seen.

BEST BUY is still selling fujifilm TYs in 50 pack spindles; on sale this
week for $6.99 after rebates; picked up some myself at local store, of
course there were none on the shelves, and i was told by a clerk that they
were "all out", but i was able to find about 30 spindles of them up front by
the register despite the clerk telling me that there were none up there!
they have them on sale roughly 2x a month for prices ranging from $3 to $7
per 50 discs
you can even try buying them on line if you cannot find them at the local
store, but with that you don't get to see them first so you might end up
getting the taiwanese ones, which are only good to poop on
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=1051384309197&skuId=4274779&type=
product
NOTE: the photo of the spindles on the website do not actually correspond to
what you get - i recently bought some on-line but i returned them since they
sent me taiwan ones :-P

Additionally, Dick Tedeschi manages Susan, at least last I knew.

Get your DAT decks out and try to make one of these great shows.. I have
some Caravan shows to trade from, Tom
Just updating details re Caravan
As you know we are playing a show at Le Cafe De Danse in Paris on 20th
March-details on website (ww.caravan-info.co.uk)
There are likley to be 3 dates in Spain at the end of May-details known this
week.
I have also confirmed the first American date. This will be a double bill
with nektar-the other band we manage and will be in the Washington area in
September. A full tour is planned around this and the dates will be 8th-25th
September.
As soon as all these dates are confirmed and finalised they will be on the
website but probably wont be added toll the end of February. I would urge US
fans to support the band , planned areas should be, Boston, New York or Long
Island, Philaelphia, Washington, Atlanta, St Louis, Chicago, Cleveland or
Cinicinnatti, Buffalo/Rochester, San Francisco, Seattle, Colorado, Los
Angeles and Mexico.
I also have some T shirts from the Uk tour.
These are black and short sleeved and good quality fruit of the loom
I have 2 types
There is the caravan logo on the top right hand side and white text on the
front says one of the following
If I could do it all over again (on the back it says Id do it all over you)
The Dog the Dog(and on the back says hes at it again)
The first type(If I could( I have in L and XL
The 2nd type I just have in XL.
If anyne wants to order one I am not adding to the website as I dont have
that many left
They can pay via paypal to caravansongs@aol.com stating size and type of
shirt.
Cost is £11.00 including postage.
Cheers
Vicky
