Used tapes seem risky to save less than $3. --Gary ------------------------------ From: Richard Levy Subject: Re: DAT-heads Digest #31 Reply-To: liverich@sunlink.net Date: Mon, 23 Feb 2004 19:32:30 -0500 Some scum-sucking virus idiot, or am I mistaken? ------------------------------ From: "DRider" Subject: Re: Office Max 90 Meter tapes.... wha'happan? Their website has 10 packs for $27.63. People are still buying NEW tapes? I've got some 8-track tape blanks you might be interested in then. (I'll have a bunch of new dats to sell as soon as I find them again, for that matter.) Anyone help?? ------------------------------ From: "Jan Allbright" Subject: concert level setting Reply-To: Date: Tue, 24 Feb 2004 07:40:06 -0700 I am getting back into concert recording after a couple of years on the sidelines. I have a question on level setting The gear I will be using is .... (AKG C1000S) -> (Sound Devices MP-2) -> (Tascam DA-P1) As I remember it, the levels going into the DA-P1 were a bit hot, but beyond that ... it has faded into the haze of time. Any pointers would be gladly accepted! The concert is Derek Trucks in Flagstaff, Az (if anyone wants to get in line for a copy) TIA - RaoulJan ------------------------------ From: Schwigiddy Subject: Primus Taping Issue Date: Tue, 24 Feb 2004 09:44:11 -0800 (PST) does anyone here know if Primus will be allowing taping on this tour....?...i have been looking around on the Primus Sucks.com website and can't seem to find out anything on the taping policy..... i also understand that the Houston,Tx. show is Gen Addmision but, does anyone know if you can go up in to the balcony areas......>? also does anyone here know anyone that works at the Verizon Wireless Theatre to find out about them allowing the taping gear inside to begin with.....? thanx for your time, take care.
