From: "Rico Maj" <ricomaj@gmx.de> Subject: trading Fusion Jazz! Date: Wed, 17 Mar 2004 13:36:47 +0100 (MET) Hello Folks, I'm interested to contact some Progressive Fusion Jazz tapers or Modern Jazz in US. There are so many great shows at Bottom Line, Catalinas Bar&Grill, Baked Potato or others. I have a lot to offer in return, especially good Digital FM shows. My media are DAT and CDR. Thanks so much! From: "Dave Zimmerman" <thedavez@rogers.com> Subject: Fw: Anyone still doing B&P these days? Reply-To: "Dave Zimmerman" <thedavez@rogers.com> Date: Wed, 17 Mar 2004 13:00:26 -0500 Hi Everyone, I used to be on DAT-Heads 2 or 3 years ago, I'm sure no one remembers me but I was just starting out (I had about 50 tapes or so) when I was the victim of an arson attack. I'd left my motorcycle parked outside my bedroom window, and someone tried to steal it - when they discovered that it was locked to the house, they set it on fire; it exploded and blew in my bedroom window and I lost most of my stuff, including all my music. Both my DAT decks were wrecked by the water from the firefighters hoses. Anyway, 2 years later I finally got my 1 deck repaired and I still have tons of blank DATs (packed away in a drawer, they were safe). I'm wondering if anyone out there still does B&P as I'm really jonesing to get some live music again. My interests include most 70's rock/funk/R&B/jazz/fusion incl. Herbie Hancock, Thin Lizzy, Chicago, Led Zep, Deep Purple, Jeff Beck, Billy Cobham, Van Morrison, Sabbath, etc. etc. Thanks for listening.. Dave.. thedavez@rogers.com
