Reply-To: <jallbright@verdeonline.com> Date: Thu, 22 Apr 2004 11:50:23 -0700 DAT Heads, Well .. I scored a Bogan light stand for very low $$ After studying the adapters (what I thought was very carefully..) I got a MIBA. Turns out they will not go together.. Here is a link to a photo http://users.verdeonline.com/jallbright/photo/P1004699a.jpg The MIBA is on the left .. the bit from the top of the light stand is on the right. What the heck am I missing? Help - Jan "the light stand banger"

I bought two 6 months ago or so (for a Bogan stand I picked up) and they work fine. <http://www.soundprofessionals.com/cgi-bin/gold/category.cgi?category=380&item=SP-TMA-1&type=store#> -- Wayne D. From: Eduardo Malvido <eduardomalvido@yahoo.com> Subject: DAT>PC 48khz tapes Date: Thu, 22 Apr 2004 12:36:41 -0700 (PDT) Hello Board After some exhaustive tests withe the Zoltrix nightningale pro 6 I found this new results, Loaded the XP drivers and audio rack, no problems. I used an M1 and a D7 wich the M1 is my primary one to tape. 3 tapes, each one to be called: 44.1 48 48 second one On both portables the 44.1 sounds perfect. With the 48 I have the problem I was talking about at the begining of my posts, it sounds listeneable but lead singer voice sounds a little bit disorted, not annoying but its there....... this happneds on both portables. On the audio rack of Zoltrix you can swith the SPDIF signal to "invert" or "normal" According to this Im using "invert" wich is the one that sounds ok, on the normal setting it sounds like if you were going to destroy your headphones, noise, noise and noise. NOW.............. The 48 second one tape sounds perfect on the D7 and have to use the setting "normal" on the audio rack. Switched the very same tape to the M1 and had to use "invert", I get the same funny sound. Switched back the 48 second one tape back to the D7 and now I have to use "invert" and get the same funny sound. I might sound annoying here asking too much but this is my first time doing this and I have no idea what is the cause. Maybe is something simple or rare thing. Anny comment, fix or whatever gladly welcomed. Ed :-) __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Photos: High-quality 4x6 digital prints for 25¢ http://photos.yahoo.com/ph/print_splash
