I can't help you with The Cure or Radiohead, but you may or may not be
aware that DiscLive (http://www.disclive.com) are selling official
soundboard recordings (limited to 1000 CDs per show) of the US/Canadian
legs of the current Pixies tour.
Coachella is sold out, but last time I checked, some other shows were
still available.
Most of these (but not Coachella yet) have made their way onto the
Internet as "DiscLive CD->EAC->FLAC/SHN" bittorrents. See this thread
at STG for more information.

HA! you wish! %^) I've had my DSM-6's for about 10 years now, (Thanks
Leonard) and though they ARE great mics they do NOT eliminate ANY of
the crowd noise and talking. As you said, they pick up what the ear hears.
So you've got some good mics for sale, but let's not get too carried away
with the hype, mmkay?
I usually try to scope out an area which is less likely to have "talkers"
and sometimes even print up little 3x5 cards to pass out to those certain folx
who need proding, reading "Do you mind shutting up for a bit? I am trying to
record this show and would appreciate your co-operation. There could be
CDs in it for you if you'll shut the fuck up. %^)
