Geeze a little bit harsh on this guy aren't we? Who are YOU to print little
"suggestion
cards" telling folks to "shut the fuck up"??!! If I were in the audience
and was speaking to
a friend (which DOES happen on occasion) and you did this I would crumble up
 the card and toss it in your face!! Next might come my fist if you
continued to be such 
a prick!! You can't  DICTATE what people should do or not do while at a
show! You're not 
STAFF or the concert cops so take your little stealth mics and move if its
noisy!! It goes with
the territory bud!! I rarely tape stealth anymore, but I do FOB quite often
and hate "chatty talkers"
just as much as the next taper, but THATS THE BREAKS BRO!! I don't insult
people.....one day 
someone is going to ......well never mind you'll find out.
 
A nice, phriendly request to "keep it down" might be in order or an offer
of the show as you 
suggested, but 3x5 cards? Insults? Man where did you earn your taping
stripes??
Go back and read up on taping ethics.....you need a refresher! I hope some
drunk w00k pukes 
your shoes!!

Had a question about the comment on plugging these mics into a cassette
recorder. ASSUMING the cassette recorder has RCA inputs (like say, a Sony
D5M), where could one get the appropiate cable/adapter to go Stereo 1/8"
(female) > RCA Stereo (male)?

Seems I've looked around a bit and never really saw anything that does this
(maybe I was looking in the wrong places?), so I had a cable made by Black
Box (blackbox.com), but have yet to try it out.

How about, someone who goes to shows to listen to THE BAND rather than
some assholes in the audience chatting?

One day, some drunken asshole twice your size is going to show you
exactly as much consideration as you accord to others.  After that,
you won't talk at shows any more.
