the RIVERDOGS broke up around 10 years ago & rob lamothe
(vocals/gtrs/songwriter) has since gone onto a solo career, & lead gtrist
viv campbell went to big $$ in def leppard....so this "reunion" is pretty
exciting for us fans (i *believe* viv is back but even without him the 'dogs
with "just" nick brophy on gtr are still great!)
the band is recording these gigs for possible release but they are AOK with
audience taping anyway (as long the clubs don't object - so stealth is NOT
necessary unless the clubs are a pain about it)
if anyone manages a dub & wants to do a trade please let me
know, i'm dying to hear some new 'dogs!!!!!

Hello,
The British band Idlewild is playing two acoustic shows in the Los Angeles
area in July. They'll be playing a mix of old and new songs that they're
recording in LA. The shows are July 5th and 6th at the Hotel Cafe on
Cahuenga Blvd. I understand it's difficult to get in this venue. If
anyone thinks they can get in and would be interested in taping, I'll cover
admission and a drink.
Chris
