I've had better luck with TDK and maxell and problems with most other brands,including Mitsui and T-Y. I routinely have problems trying to copy discs in the fast mode and have to run in normal time. I also bought 100 blank T-Y discs and noticed a digital POP at around 15 minutes and it happened on at least three blanks.Was it the machine or the blanks? The source disc had no such digi-noise. I will cover all your costs for ground transport and admission if you are in the Bay Area. Band is The Cate Brothers. They are from Arkansas and sound a tad bit like The Band. In the 70s they played some with Levon Helm. They rarely play - I think this is about their 5th show of the year.
