(gordon wilson) FS: Tascam DA-P1 ("Trey Woodruff") Thanks (Jeff Shirkey) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: KindTaper@aol.com Subject: Alice in Chains DVD - - Any takers? Date: Mon, 23 Aug 2004 02:15:58 EDT I have an extra copy of an Alice in Chains show from Oakland, CA 10/8/92 on DVD that I'd love to trade someone quickly in a 1 to 1 DVD trade. The VHS I pulled it from could easily be a master or 1st gen (I don't know for sure). It was filmed from the balcony and the sound is a little distant, but the picture is great and it's great overall. The setlist is all hits as "Dirt" either had either just come out or was to be released soon. Layne is in a wheelchair or on a crutch most of the show because he has a cast on his leg. The DVD was authored on a standalone, but the track marks are correct at the beginning of each song. Please send your list if interested. Thanks as always, Wes Kindtaper@aol.com ------------------------------ From: "Chris Brown" Subject: Recently Recorded DAT's For Blanks Offer Date: Mon, 23 Aug 2004 07:41:08 -0700 Hello, I have the following DAT's that I wish to trade for Sony or Maxell sealed blank tapes. I just happened to come across a low profile pack made for a cheap ethernet hub/switch, yet uses the same plug as the M1. It is a switching power supply and has no massive transformer in the "wall wart" and is only half as thick as the M1 power supply, and provides half again more amps. The only down side is that it is 5.0V instead of 4.5V, but the M1 doesn't seem to care. Standard disclaimers apply. -- Wayne D. I can scan it and post it online for you if necessary. Just let me know. The battery charger that comes with the M1 is the same as the one for the D100. it's an NI-MH charger Sony model No. BC-D100 input 4.5v @700mA output 1.2v @ 650mAx2 and it's just a double-A charger, I don't see why you could not get some NiMH batteries from the SHACK and use their charger. The power adaptor wall wart is 4.5 v, 700mA, center pin positive, and uses the small (3-4 mm?) power plug. It's Sony part No. AC- E45HG hope that helps! -tom Madison WI On Aug 23, 2004, at 12:50 AM, Digestifier wrote: > > > From: Jeff Shirkey > Subject: PCM-M1 question > Date: Sun, 22 Aug 2004 19:37:58 -0500 > > I'm considering buying a used PCM-M1, but the unit won't come with a > manual or the battery charger (and possibly some other accessories > I'm forgetting). I got tons of replies, so I'll have to thank each of you individually over the next couple days. I didn't end up getting the M1 that was on ebay, but I'm sure one will be in my future pretty soon. Again, thanks to everyone who emailed me.
