Date: Fri, 22 Oct 2004 21:05:38 -0600 Hi, I'm wondering if anyone from NYC is taping concerts 24/96 with a portable setup. Had a few questions. Please email me directly. Thanks, bjf ------------------------------ From: "Shannon Hauerwas" Subject: FT: Eric Burdon sbd master Date: Fri, 22 Oct 2004 22:46:42 -0500 I'm digitizing a few tapes for a friend, one of which is Eric Burdon 8/5/95. The tape is a 0th-gen cassette made at the board. It has the full 60-minute set. If anyone's interested in trading for a copy, please email me off-list. I'd be interested in scoring something low-gen, preferably a clone from a master or perhaps something from an analog master. I will be returning the tapes in a few days so I won't have the original forever. I do have a cleaned-up version on CDR, and a DAT made from the tape. But if anyone would like a DAT made from the original cassette, please let me know ASAP. Thanks. I have a local venue that I always make good tapes at - in the back of the room, and I don't have the most expensive gear. I am able to use R->R & L->L rather than criss-cross (I forget which is ORTF (sp?) and which is x-y). Other places I need to cross the mics to supress ambient noise. my $0.02 :D ------------------------------ From: "drcraver" Subject: SBM-1 serial number ID help Date: Sat, 23 Oct 2004 14:55:36 -0700 hey all, I recently had my rig stolen here in Portland, OR. I can't find where I recorded the serial number for my SBM-1 unit (bummer) but there are a few numbers on stickers on the box it came in. Can anyone out there with an SBM-1 say if any of these look like serial numbers? 4-974-4** P-91397***-I S01-0104***-4 (*=numbers I took out) Thanks much, Dan (apps if this shows up twice, the first message was rejected (?)) ------------------------------ From: "Anelena Fowler" Subject: Mics for Sale Date: Sat, 23 Oct 2004 07:41:56 -0400 Looking to sell my pair of Sennheiser 441's. They do come with XLR cables, mic clips and original box. They also have the din connectors since they are German made which makes the connection between cable and mic more secure. Looking to get $600.00 or best offer. Please only interested parties.
