This preamp has two XLR ins, two XLR out, a power swtich and a battery meter. It provides 48V phantom power, fixed 20dB gain and a smooth, natural, clean sound. The unit has not been used since it was serviced by the Oades in December 2004. The service replaced the internal batteries with a new set ($100+) and the unit has been given a clean bill of health. The pre-amp is being sold with the AC adapter for charging. Looking to get $900 OBO. 2) Sony SBM-1 w/ Oade 24-bit Mod: This SBM-1 is in great condition and comes with original box and letherette case. I'll also enclose proof of the Oade 24-bit modification that upgraded the A/D converter in the unit. This modifcation noticebly improves the sound of the unit, resulting is a top-notch stealthy A/D.
