For sale:
1) Denecke PS-2 - 2 channel phantom power. (American Digital sells it for $179.)
2) Denecke AD-20 20-bit A>D converter. (American Digital sells it for $324)
3) Matched pair of Oktava MC-012 cardioid with removable -10 dB
attenuators. Comes in a nice wood box that it originally came in.
(Sound Room sells it for $426)
4) Gray Pelican case that holds all the gear + space for a D8. (I
think this goes for about $50-75 new)
All gear is in very good condition, nothing has ever been damaged or
abused. The new price for everything is about $900-1,000. I am open to
*reasonable* offers on. At this point I'd like to sell it all at once.
I am selling it because I don't use it anymore and I'd like someone to
use it to record some good shows! I am in the Los Angeles area and am
willing to show/demo it in person. I also have a Sony D8 that is in
good condition. I believe I purchased it in 1997, but the head(s)* and
motors were replaced by the Oade Bros a few years ago and the deck was
only used to record maybe a half-dozen shows on the new heads. I will
sell the D8 separately or with the other gear. I also have a Sony D8
to TOSLINK input/output cable for sale (this is a factory Sony cable,
not a modified version) I can probably dig up some CDs of shows that I
recorded with the gear.
Thanks,
Eric Angel
* I've been out DAT gear for a while now, I don't know/remember if the
D8 has 1 head or multiple.
