TCD-D8.
Perfect condition, no marks, no bumps, has experienced no harsh conditions
has done approximately 1 hour of recording (2 hours maximum). Planned to do
some digital recording/manipulation about 2 years ago and never ended up
having the time. All factory supplied goods (manual, cleaning tape, AC
adapter, case) are included. 30 unopened tapes - mostly Sony (7 are Pro DAT
Plus) & Maxwell and 1 Quantegy (the 30 tapes are probably worth about $150
by themselves). Trialed this system with Core Sounds bi-araul stealth mics -
truly amazing sound!!!!
If you detect any problems with this D8 unit I will return your money.
TCD-D8, 7-pin plug and tapes - $600 or nearest offer.
Core Sound bi-aural mics - with battery case and roll off bass filter- as I
said before, amazing sound
when used with the D8. Bought new and used for 1-2 hours - $200 or
nearest offer.
Eridol UA-5 - bought new and used for 1-2 hours - $200 or nearest offer.
Cubasic software - if you buy the D8 for $600 you get it for free -
otherwise the price for Cubasic
softwarecis negotiable.

I'm not sure why recording makes it that much worse. Many musicians I know
are really good at memorizing tunes. They *might* need to take some notes
at the show to re-create the melody, but that's it. Are we going to pat
folks down for pencil and paper?

Hey all,
I thought I would give this a try. I am looking for anyone who has
taped (or plans on taping) Yanni on this tour, or any tour for that
matter. I seem to be the only one that has, but I am hoping I am
wrong. Looking for anything! I taped him 2004.03.04 and 2004.11.28.

First to Nick.
The people who died from Samck, ded of OD's. They did not die because
of damage to them, as a himan, over a period of time because of heroin
use. Addicts die of OD's, AID's, TB, Hepatitis. None of those causes
are the smack, it's the actions of an addict. Nick, do you have any
education in Pharmacology or the actions and side effects of opiates?
To Mike,
Can you read an entire post and get the point, or are your capabilities
limited to finding an oversight, and deciding that is the point of
several paragraphs, then berating the writer for the oversight and
giving no indication you got the point at all. Wether Jerry's diabetes
was discover during Lindbergs flight accross the Atlantic, or in 1994 is
really irrelevant. What is relevant is it is one of the major causes of
his death.
I did not write the ignorant, thoughtless starement, that has no basis
in any documentation you wrote, heroin killed Garcia.
Don't make like everything is cool, and no big deal in an offlist
e-mail, when you do just the opposite on list.
Maybe I am wrong, I know I am wrong about the ettiquite, but I think I
remember seeing that flame wars should be off list, and consideration
for all should be on list, not the other way around.
>not to bust keiths chops,
>
Let me be as blunt as I can. You are full of shit. What you wrote on
list was exactly yo do what you claim you weren't doing.
>but before going on record as replying to
>comments "so ludicrous and misinformed", please get at LEAST the most
>basic facts straight..... jerry dropped into a coma in 86, not 92.
>
The most basic fact is that jerry is dead, and after making an
incredibly ignorant comment, you are trying to make the point an
irrelevant date.
Since you have made these comments, I have a very difficult question for
you. Why is the date of Jerry's daibetic coma a bigger issue than what
killed him?

Can anyone capture one or both of these two nights? Free ticket.
Psychedelic folk & counterculture rock would be my vain attempt to
characterize the music of Roy Harper. He is notorious for singing on
a Pink Floyd studio cut (Have a Cigar) and being the title of a Led
Zeppelin song. He will be playing 5 dates in late January and early
February. Anyone in London or Stourbridge would like to tape him? It
will be stealth taping in small clubs. The ticket, pint, and
transport is on me and I can also send you some CDs/DVDs in advance if
you are not already familiar with his work. Link to my list(s) below.
Thanks for the space, as always.
