That was a great reminder to keep rolling while you are getting busted
(if you are so unlucky)
My buddy had a minidisc rolling outta his Zefiro as well as the D8. The
artist was chatting instead of playing.
My buddy gets dragged back to the lobby and hands over the DAT deck and
says - 'yeah thats EVERYTHING'.
(he will pick up his deck after the show)
Goes back to his seat - the artist decides to play and he doesn't miss a
note!

I'm starting to get back into trading a little bit, and can now
trade DAT clones in addition to CD-R audio/SHN/FLAC. I'm looking
for copies of any recent (2000 to present) masters of Natalie
Merchant, Michelle Branch, Avril Lavigne, Toby Lightman, Alanis
Morissette, or Harlemm Lee shows.
My list: http://www.nyx.net/~jhiguchi/trades.html
Also available as a taper (DSM + D100) for shows in the Los Angeles
area, schedule permitting. Recent masters include Natalie Merchant,
Lisa Loeb, Phil Collins, Vienna Teng, Annie Lennox, Sting, Norah
Jones, R.E.M., Alanis Morissette, and Vonda Shepard, among others.
laters,
Justin

Hey Everbody
I just saw a Country Rock Band called Trick Pony. Does anybody have of
there shows?? They don't allow taping. But I've seen a few shows floating
around. Write me privately if you have any shows you'd like to share with
me. I've got tons of other masters. Thanks.

I finally decided to unload this stuff. I'd love to keep them in the
community here rather than going to everyone's favorite auction house:
These have been in my possession since summer 2002 and have been babied in a
smoke-free environment (other than when I'm taping) -- I am the 2nd owner
after Chris Jonus who owned them for about 2-3 years. Jim Williams did a
transistor mod on them in early 2003 (audioupgrades.com). I also have a
Shure A27M vertical bar, 2 Audio-Technica 8410 shock mounts and some
custom-made green cables with right-angled Neutrik connectors. I'm looking
for $1100 for everything. I'll pay shipping. All original cases,
instructions, windscreens (one of which has a *slight* tear) and mounts (AKG
SA40) are included. I may accept a payment plan (1/2 now, 1/2 later)
depending on the amount of interest out there. Paypal or money order is
preferred. Pix available.
For anyone looking to upgrade their rig or for a change of pace, this is
everything you need to record except a stand and pre-amp. I have made many
fine recordings using: 463 > DA-P1, 463 > DMIC-20, 463 > Mini-Me, 463 >
UA-5.
Please feel free to ask any questions.
Thanks!
Steve
