We are just now seeing December orders being filled-I got 20% of my first order from November. Product dribbles in, no one has stock and everyone is backordered. If you can find a cheap replacement, you're in business again; here in Italy Sharp asked more than $100 (!) for a spare, so I went on eBay and got a external, piggyback-type Battery Box (Sharp original, you can find it in the manual) for $25, including shipping to the other half of the world. Brand new. It carries two AA batteries and gives you plenty of recording time. :) I've taped maybe 10 shows with it - I got it on ebay about a year ago and he said he had only taped a few shows with it. I have looked on ebay and google, EVERYWHERE for this battery pack and no one has one!! Any of you have any suggestions or want to part with yours? I'm looking on ebay for batteries and there are some cheap $15.00 ones but they charge $20.00 shipping. (Bastards thats more than the auction.
