Toast with Jam. Couldn't be easier. Must be with Jam; Toast alone won't
do dvd audio.

As far as I know, you've got two options:
1) DiscWelder Bronze (google for it) - this comes in both Windows and
Mac flavours and costs around $99.
2) http://dvd-audio.sourcefore.net - an open source dvd-audio authoring
program (dvda-author) which will work on any platform, including Mac OS X.
DiscWelder limits you to one DVD-Audio "group" of 99 tracks, but is easy
to use.
dvda-author is a command-line only program and you will need "XCode"
installed on your Mac in order to compile the source code. However,
there is also a Mac front-end (written by Scott of xAct fame) to make it
easier. However, it doesn't limit you to a single group - you can have
up to 9 groups, each containing up to 99 tracks.
I'm the author of dvda-author, so my recommendation would be a little
biased :-).
Dave.

Anyone tape or have a copy of the complete New Zealand broadcast of
the Split Enz documentary?
