I was going to but have horrible seats. Can you please contact me off-list if you are? Thanks Clint clint@distortiononline.com ------------------------------ From: "Fares Halteh" Subject: Rilo Kiley Taping Policy Date: Wed, 18 May 2005 11:30:14 -0400 OK, I am hearing lots of reports that these dudes are cool with taping. Anyone here had any experiences? I am taping them tomorrow (i hope!) and I want to make sure things go smoothly. Any soundman or tour managers I should be asking for at the doors? I am pretty sure the venue will deny me entry. Thanks, --Fares ------------------------------ From: Dave Ramani Subject: Need Help. RE: My Tape of Springsteen at Tower Theatre 2005-05-17 Date: Wed, 18 May 2005 09:30:21 -0700 (PDT) Hi Gang. I need some help. Taped Bruce from RGT Orchestra Section, Row MM, aisle seat with CoreSound Cardioids > Line IN > D8. Had to use Auto Levels ( which i never do ) due to security right next to me & now i'm faced with very low recording levels. My battery box had a fresh battery. I thought as i was rolling they looked low & i couldnt monitor as much as i wanted, again, due to security. I popped it in my Tascam DA-20 MKII deck when i got home & tried tweaking a 1 minute sample in Goldwave & ( for obvious reasons ) the volume boost created more hiss than i'd like. For the record, and just a quick test, i just used the analog out into my PC. I realise i should go digital but i just wanted to try it out & see what my results yielded. Anybody have any advice ?? Thanks much in advance __________________________________ Yahoo! Mail Mobile Take Yahoo! Mail with you!
