The Mermen suffered a disastrous tragedy last night 5-26-05 in Las Vegas after their Hard Rock Cafe performance. Their Uhaul trailer that had all their gear was stolen from the parking lot of the Flaming hotel. They lost all their amps, Jim's guitars, Jennifer's bass, Martyns drums, cables and Jaimes video projection equipment. They are all devastated and need your help recovering their gear. They are willing to pay a reward for the return of their gear. The Uhaul trailer stolen had a Chicago travel ad on the side and an Arkansas license plate number PT103498. The Uhaul number is AU34671C.   Was looking to do some trades with anyone that recorded qotsa. I recorded them 5-18 in Tempe AZ. Used Nakamichi cm300 (cp1 caps x/y 90)>nak 550 portable cassette>rca out to M1(line in) . On a stand, about 10ft up , behind board. also recorded using dpa 4061's>d100 on the stand.
   Was primarily looking for dat trades with  tapers, but will trade cdr also, for those that recorded using other than dat.
  And looking for qotsa or anything else , old or newer, Led zep , black sabbath whatever.

They are about half Dead and then lots of various such as Clapton, Garcia, Widespread Panic, Bob Marley, and a few more.. I would be interested in a few different possibilities for a trade; -DVD+R's - 100 or 150 of them, I ususlly use TDK or Fuji but open to other brands. -if you don't have any media to trade and don't want to order I would take $1.50 per tape plus shipping, to cover the cost of the tape, not make money.
