  Hey Now All!
  Looking for a copy of the MK show in Berkeley.
Wanted to tape but both of my decks were either on
their way back or being used on the east coast. 
  I saw pleanty of decks in use, hopefully someone on
this list has a copy. Was a late present for my Lady's
BD.
  Her real BD was marred by the murder/shooting of
some friends in S. California last month.
  Also looking for any Knitters shows from recent
tour.

I'm a newbie trying to acquire gear for recording and am wondering if the 
CDR300 can be used without a preamp to record shows?  Is it a good idea to 
use in place of a DAT in order to expedite the transfer (DAT > CDR) time?? 
Any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks, joe.com
