Seems like one the best Cure shows ever...but too far for me to be there taping. Thanks. ------------------------------ From: "Paul Thomson" Subject: odd men out tour? Date: Sun, 28 Aug 2005 08:43:51 -0700 Did anyone tape the Ben Folds / Rufus Wainwright show in Portland, Oregon last night (8/26/05)? Or any other nights of this tour for that matter? I'd love to set up a trade! --Paul ------------------------------ From: "Joshua " Subject: OT: Access database question Date: Sun, 28 Aug 2005 12:23:40 -0500 Hi Guys- I've been archiving my DAT's and CDR's in 4gig blocks on DVD-R's. I have a corresponding Excel spreadsheet in which I track DVD's by DVD number; for example, DVD2004-01, DVD2004-02, DVD2004-03, etc. With each DVD number I capture artist, date, city, venue, source and comment field. I had no problem importing this into Access, but I'm at a loss for creating the queries that would allow me to sort by each of these fields so that I could look at all recordings from a particular venue, city, date, etc. I was wondering if someone on the list might allow me to bounce some questions off them to creat these queries, or maybe even have some suggestions on improving the final database. When I'm done, I can offer the final database up to the list for whoever might be interested in using it.... Thanks! -Josh -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
