How about their current >draw? Hi Guy, I've had very good luck with MK-012s for symphonic and choir recordings, with both cardioid and hypercardioid elements. I stayed away from the omni's for that venue because of the overpowering nature of the auditorium acoustics. No idea on the preamp draw, unfortunately.
