I hope this isn't too far off topic, it's still related to bootlegs.

It would be nice to archive some live video footage that is only available 
as streaming real media.  I've found several programs out there to capture 
it through a simple yahoo search.  However, can someone recommend a good one 
or are there free ones available.  Is it even worth the trouble?
