Paul Plotnick is the best service resource ever for the likes of me and 
this list. His company in Broomall, PA has serviced my DAT decks for 
years. He sold me a few cloning decks about 7 years ago, and he 
complains about them not breaking down nor needing servicing. Totally 
fair and reliable resource. I recently ordered some wires from Paul 
that just arrived; hadn't spoken to him in years, and he's the same 
cool same. I'm not leaving a phone # because this is not an ad,  just 
an endorsement. Rich
