OK, I asked this question about 9 months ago looking for people's
experiences.
I am ready to make a purchase now. Probably going to go with a color 30GB
model and use ipodlinux to do my recording.
My questions this time are:
Is there anyone here whom has moved off of a DAT based solution to an iPod?
If so, what model did you go with? What model would you pick were you to buy
it today?
What connector do you use\would you purchase?
Are you able to record in stereo or mono?
I am currently using Core Sound Binaurals if that helps...
Additionally, what have people's experiences been like?
As with last time, this might be good to respond to the list with as I am
sure other people are considering this as well.
Again, I am looking for experiences, not weblinks. Advise from the "gurus"
is greatly appreciated (Klay? Gary? Len?)
Thanks in advance,
Rich

I taped Sigur Ros last night in Denver at the Paramount. Recording turned
out nice. Taped using:
OKMIIR > A3 (Battery Box) > M-Audio Microtrack @48k
I am looking to trade this for other Sigur Ros masters from the 2005/2006
tours, but will consider previous tours.
Please send me an email if interested: nico@popfleir.com
Thanks.....
