I believe it's a cord issue (bad sopt is right at the mic connection 
itself), as it creates a real loud hum when you move the mic cable around.

Anyone have any luck before with getting a (similiar) mic fixed, either from 
core sound or somewhere else??

Was going to use these tomorrow night for show, guess I'm not now.....

Anyone live in the Twin Cities have a set of stealth mics I could borrow, 
like pronto?  :-)
