Blue Cheer is about to start a US tour, heads up for those who are
interested in one of THE original heavy bands! For those who view things
from the historical perspective, the current lineup includes two out of the
three original members, and when I caught their one-off 12/10/05 show in MD,
they played virtually the entire first album and half of the second one.
The 12/10/05 show was mindblowing, and it was great to meet in person a
couple of others there that I had known from correspondence from DATheads.
The band does allow taping, neither myself nor the other tapers had any
problem openly setting up FOB. Some reviews of the 12/10/05 show can be
found here:

The tourdates and taping policy can both be found here:

As the band is finishing up a new album, these shows should hopefully
include some of the new material....
I've got tix for both DC and Philly, it would be nice to meet a few others
from DATheads in person at the shows....see ya there!
Yours Truly,
john e. bogus

I'm looking for anyone who has taped Theory Of A Dead Man. They're a
killer Canadian band. I have a huge list of others.
